Term and Conditions

Booking and cancellation

Non refundable fee of £50 due at booking your session. Session dates and times are not secured until a deposit has been paid.
Final balance due on the 7 days prior to the photoshoot.
At least 48 hours notice is required for Client cancellations. An alternative date will be offered where possible, but cannot be guaranteed.
If session cancelled by the photographer, an alternative date will be offered but if not accepted, a full refund will be issued.
Prices are subject to change at any time. If pricing changes between booking and session - the price when booking deposit was received will be honoured.

Digital Images, Products and Printing

Marianne Häggström Photography will only provide hand edited photos and does not submitted un-edited images under any circumstance.
Only number of digital images purchased will be provided.
Final images will be provided 2-3 weeks after the session via online gallery.
Client understands that their images may be edited, copied, modified, exhibited, published or distributed and they waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product.
Marianne Häggström Photography is not obligated to provide the client with any images that are not already presented to them in their viewing gallery. Unedited and unpresented images will be deleted.
Please be aware of colour difference when images are viewed with non calibrated monitors or printed by non-professional printing services. Marianne Häggström Photography cannot be held responsible for poor quality prints from high street or online printers. Marianne Häggström Photography can provide you with professional prints, please contact to learn more.

Marianne Häggström Photography will retain the copyright to all the images.
The client gives Marianne Häggström Photography permission to use the photographs taken for any purpose whatsoever, such as but not limited to promotional purposes on the website, social media sites and in printed material.
If you do not want your images to be used for this purpose please inform Marianne Häggström Photography prior to your photo shoot.
Client has the license to reproduce the photos for personal use but not to altered in any way (such as using social media filters, cropping images etc.)
Client does not have the right to use the images in any commercial use or use in non-profit companies nor can they be sold to third parties.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of photograph products and downloadable images no refunds will be issued.

Insurance

Marianne Häggström Photography has professional photography insurance including public liability.
Safety is the upmost importance during all sessions. Marianne Häggström Photography has the right to refuse to attempt any pose they feel may be unsafe or will put the baby/child at risk of accident or injury.

Personal Information

Any personal information given to Marianne Häggström Photography will only be used for contact between the photographer and the client. Your details will never be passed on to other companies without your consent.

Restrictions

The photographs taken by Marianne Häggström Photography may only be used to represent an imaginary person and the Client will not be publicly named in association with any of the photographs, unless separately agreed in writing.

Marianne Häggström Photography reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice at any time.
